As the Co-Founder of Wisdom Supply Co., I spent eight years building a mission-driven B Corp dedicated to eliminating plastic waste in the school supply industry. Working in close partnership with my co-founder, Heather Itzla, I helped lead the brand’s creative and growth strategy, directly managing the marketing and advertising efforts that drove a 400% revenue increase in our first year of online advertising and scaled the company to nearly $1M in annual sales. Together, we developed the company's circular product line and waste-reduction systems, earning recognition as a B Corp 'Best for the World' honoree, proving that circular economy principles can drive a high-performing, scalable consumer brand.
