For Core MedStaff, I led a comprehensive rebrand and digital transformation to position the agency as Los Angeles’ premier resource for traveling nurses. I directed a full website redesign that prioritized both brand storytelling and high-utility functionality, developing a custom interface that allowed nurses to easily browse job openings and enabled internal staff to manage postings with ease. My work extended into an experiential trade show project where, in collaboration with a physical installation team, I helped develop a 15-foot-tall booth interior equipped with private interview rooms and integrated digital displays. I directed the large-format environmental graphics and created high-energy motion and video content specifically for the booth’s integrated screens, ensuring a seamless, high-impact brand experience at one of the industry's largest events.
